We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to ensuring that your booking experience is smooth and transparent. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand your options regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to your booking.

  1. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds for bookings made through Agiwal Technologies Private Limited are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual accommodation provider. We strive to offer the best customer service, and refunds will be processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellation Policy
    1. Flexible Rate Bookings

For bookings with a flexible rate, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 15% penalty.

    1. Non-Refundable Rate Bookings

Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. If you cancel a non- refundable booking, you will not receive a refund or credit. However, you may be eligible to reschedule your stay if the accommodation provider permits changes (subject to availability).

    1. Special Offers and Promotions

Bookings made using special offers, discounted rates, or promotional codes may have stricter cancellation policies. Please review the terms and conditions at the time of booking to understand the specific cancellation policy associated with your promotion.

  1. Refunds for Late Check-In or Early Check-Out

If you check in late or decide to check out earlier than planned, you may still be charged for the full duration of your stay. Refunds are not provided for unused nights unless otherwise stated in the accommodation provider's policy.

 

  1. Refunds Due to Accommodation Issues

If your accommodation does not meet the conditions described at the time of booking, please notify us immediately. We will work with the accommodation provider to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may assist you in finding alternative accommodation or offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

 

  1. Refund Process

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

  1. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled check-in date (no-show), your reservation may be cancelled, and no refund will be provided unless prior arrangements have been made. In some cases, a partial refund or credit may be issued if the accommodation provider agrees to this.

 

  1. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with accommodation providers to offer alternatives or refunds where applicable. We are not responsible for any costs or damages caused by such events.

 

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at office@agiwalconsulting.com or call +91-9810898000. Include your reservation details, booking reference number, and the reason for your request. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.

 

  1. Changes to This Refund Policy

Agiwal Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Please check back periodically for any updates.
